JFICC 2027 Overview

The registration fee includes all course materials and a number of meals (breakfast, lunch, snacks) during conference days, including Wednesday evening's Welcome Reception. Attendees can view the conference agenda on their attendee portal (once registered) to see what sessions and meals are being offered on the day(s) they are attending.

Attendees are responsible for their housing. Discounted room rates are available at the conference hotel (see hotel registration link above this fall).

To receive a refund, cancellations must be received in writing by March 14, 2027. Registration fees, less a $50.00 administrative fee, will be returned. NO REFUNDS will be granted after March 14, 2027. Please send cancellation requests to Jacki Bennis at Jacki@somp.co.  

Jones Foundation Infertility Counseling Conference reserves the right to cancel or postpone this course due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation or postponement, Jones Foundation Infertility Counseling Conference will refund registration fees, but is not responsible for related costs or expenses to participants.

All CE credits will be managed through CE-Go.  All conference attendees will received the information they need to obtain CEs after they register.  If a grievance arises pertaining to continuing education activities or processes, please contact Tyler Gibson via confidential email to tyler@celearningsystems.com as soon as possible, so that the nature of the concern may be addressed in a timely fashion.
