 Golzar Selbe Naghshineh, LP, CGP is a training and supervising psychoanalyst, and a certified group psychotherapist licensed in both New York and New Jersey. She is teaching faculty at the New York Graduate School of Psychoanalysis. Naghshineh has special expertise in reproductive and maternal mental health. She created the Network for the Advancement of Perinatal Support (NAPS) and piloted the NAPS model at the renowned Downtown Women OBGYN in New York City (where she serves as the Director of Reproductive and Perinatal Mental Health for the past ten years). She attended the Boston Graduate School of Psychoanalysis for her doctorate in Psychoanalysis (ABD) with her dissertation (in process) focusing on the impact of online versus in-person therapy groups with perinatal women within their obstetrics practice. She completed her individual psychoanalytic training at the Center for Modern Psychoanalytic Studies and group psychotherapy training at the Center for Group Studies both in New York City. She completed her M.S. in Nonprofit Management from The New School University.
